How does Artist work?
Your membership starts after your first successful payment and studio confirmation. Each paid monthly cycle adds 32 studio hours. You can book available sessions using those hours and manage your files and hours in your Sky House dashboard.
Is there a commitment?
This is a month-to-month membership with no multi-month minimum. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through your already-paid period.
What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours roll forward while your membership stays active and expire 30 calendar days after their original paid billing cycle ends. Remaining hours end when your membership ends, subject to your signed agreement.
What will I receive after a shoot?
Raw files and synced audio within 48 hours. 20 edited photos plus raw photos are included per paid monthly cycle. Video editing, clips, captions and posting are additional services unless separately agreed.
Can I visit before joining?
Absolutely. Submit the form and we’ll start with a quick call about your goals. In-person studio visits are arranged after that conversation.
